Your welcome credits
New accounts that complete verification can claim 10 free credits once. A 4-second silent 480p preview costs 10 free credits. This balance is separate from paid credits and can only buy previews. The welcome grant does not renew daily. Accounts that existed before welcome-grant eligibility was enabled do not receive a retroactive grant.
Free preview availability
Free previews are subject to availability. If previews are fully booked, try again after the daily reset at 00:00 UTC (08:00 Hong Kong), or use paid credits for a full video. Once provider submission begins, a task counts toward availability even if it later fails. The countdown does not queue a task or refill your free credits.
If a preview fails
A confirmed failed or timed-out job returns its reserved credits once to the same free or paid balance. A free preview place is returned only when the job fails before provider submission begins. A started or uncertain submission still counts for its original UTC day, even if generation fails. Payment refunds are reviewed separately under the Refunds policy. A released place belongs to the original UTC day; it cannot increase a later day’s limit.
Watch the public examples
Compare the supplied original reference and AI result before choosing your photos. A free preview shows only the opening part of the effect. Individual generated results will vary, and the preview does not promise an identical full video.
Understand the local demo
Demo credits, purchases and preview availability are simulated in this browser. The preview plays a supplied 4-second sample; your photos stay in page memory and are not sent for generation. Reset demo clears the local demo state. Live mode requires the preview service to be available.
